- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Usually my experience is good, but not today. I was told my number would be called out of order, and they NEVER CALLED IT. The lady complained to me that they called me ages ago, but they never did. I was watching them all and waiting for it, I wasn't on my phone or anything. They just skipped me and blamed me for it. THEN, they charged me way too much for my plate renewal. I was told when I transferred my plate last month that it'd be $120. Nope! Over $200! Plus they charged me a late fee which I wouldn't have had to pay if their online renewal worked, but it didn't. Waste of time, horrible staff, Way too expensive.By Adam Noble, May 30, 2017
